His family got him at 9 weeks old. He had symptoms the same day and a diagnosis 3 days later. Narcolepsy with cataplexy, the same thing people get.

Cataplexy is what you see in the videos. He gets excited about something, a game, another dog, food showing up, and his muscles switch off. He falls over. He is usually still awake for it. Then he stands up and keeps going.

His family says the prognosis is good and dogs with narcolepsy do fine. He looks fine. He just sleeps a lot.
